Shame that any post starting with "I want an official response.." never gets the response. I would really like to see what SE has to say about this. ))

SE is known for not addressing issues that they do not know (either the solution or the response to) if anything's an indicator, check out the thread for the 401 errors in Mog station that people up to this day (myself included.) are still having problems with, I'm sick of having to buy time cards for this game.
