Castrum Meridanium & Praitorium Normal Pace Run

Hi

I've just reached lvl 50 and did the first lvl 50 dungeon and it was crap!

Looking for people to do these two dungeons (and maybe upcoming ones?) in normal Pace not like there's a demon runing after our lives.

Just mainly no scene cutting and no skipping mobs

I'm afraid those runs will take at least 4 hours if it is going to be done the way you suggested. I'm not sure that many people is going to be that charitable.

Create a party finder group. Just make sure to set it to no cutscene skipping, slow and steady, and till we complete it. More than likely to get a few trolls but it is the best way to get you what you want for the runs

You're going to have to ask around on your server, not just on this rarely checked corner of the boards.

That said, Party Finder, shouts in Mor Dhona - you might be surprised how many people will come to "New player seeking Praetorium party without cutscene skips, in PF". Ask your FC too.

Actually placing a I-50 Cap on that Dungeon and CP will solve that problem also give 500 tombs of solidary if you are helping new players so you are compensated for your time then every ones happy. It is a severe problem with the SR through those dungeons as it is designed to teach new players mechanics, also these tanks doing massive pulls thinking there indestructible is a very very bad habit to get into.

Oh, I know. Back when 2.2 came out and tanks figured out they could speed run Brayflox HM, I had a tank try to speed run Pharos Sirius. He ran off while I was still casting Stoneskin and pulled everything (even the zombies). He was inflicted with Poison, Dropsy and Defence down (the party set up was also SMN and DRG, with me as SCH) and... well, we pretty much wiped :T

Do it via PF. Even veterans would join because most of us never watched the cutscenes.

If you put it up in PF, you may also wanna tell folks to bring Spiritbond gear. It's not a bad way to SB level 45-50 gear, and folks who spiritbind are less likely to skip monsters

I love my Castrum SRs even if I could help a newbie with that and get my Sol Bonus what im missing is a Gil Bonus for healer (a rare thing) often only tanks get that extra gil :/
... and yes I use Castrum for Spiritbound too

I think you're exaggerating it quite a bit.
