Bard ilvl 114 (t13 vit eq+ experience) lf new FCoB static

Hi there,

as topic says, i'M looking for a new static for FCOB and the upcomming content. My last grp stopped progressing in a kind of way....
I'm playing bard since the beta. In my first semi progress guild "Furanity" i was one of the guild leaders and we finished T5 a little late in Jan 2014.
The other group members stopped playing ff14 as we were close to get our t9 firstkill because of wildstar, so i joined the guild "Power Rangers", who just got their t9 kill.
As 2.4 hit, we started raiding and finished the first 3 turns quite well as 3rd guild on Odin. We progressed till add Phase in turn 13. We staggered a lot in p1, because of many individual fails and some ppl who just didn't want to give their best to finsih this as quick as possible. So the Guild leader got the awesome idea to replace these persons with the other half of another guild on odin.

As they already had a bard and only wanted to join as a full grp, i was left behind. We tried to raid with some randoms this id and our best try was t10 30% near the enrage.....
As this is not an option for continuing in this grp, i want to check my other options on other servers now.

My bard (Fieldy Flair) has all necessary vit gear for t 13(90 acc + materia) and the ilvl 110 crafted gear with nearly best in slot materia.
I'm around 1.5k poetic right now, because i had to save them for the weapon, which i should have get this week.....
I speak german, and would prefer a german guild, but it's not a must have, as i know that german grp`s are really rare in this game.

I would like to continue raiding were my last grp stopped, so a minimum progress till t12 kill, or near the kill would be nice.
My online times are: Monday - Thursday ~ 18 pm GMT till ~23 pm GMT
I would prefer a grp which doesn't raid on Friday+Saturday (if in progress, i can make an exception as our firstkills of t10,t11 and t12 were on saturday, too)
On Sunday is like Monday - Thursday, if necessary, a bit eralier is ok too.

Hey Fieldy i see you problems , alot bards is around iknow, sometimes might even have more then just bard.

Anyway Heresy " http://www.heresy-gaming.com/ " is looking for players more for Rotation raid team and we use Raid schedule to sign up for events and its very simpel you don't sign up you won't be picked for the raids.
Heresy raiding monday and thursday 20.00pm GMT to 22.30 gmt
Team current on t9 phase 4 so even if you have beat thats just a + and good to give advice,
And like i said we try rotate everyone beacuse not everyone wanna raid everytime beacuse of irl stuff.

We do have optional raid on sundays but depends on sign ups.
