Chat Log Bug?

1. Chat Log keep showing back after CS starts although i'm not writing anything

Does it happen on any cut-scene or only on specific ones? Does anything else unusual happen? Does it affect the cut-scene in anyway?

it seems to happens on all CS i have passed since the Patch . it doesn't affect the CS and nothing unusual happens.
sometime even if i weren't even touching the keyboard the log appears. note that the 2nd chat log which i configured to only show system messages and crafting results also appears suddenly.
