There are two things you can do

(1) Build your own static - if you happen to know a tank + healer willing to come on board, that'll make the whole job a lot easier for you
(2) Prove your worth - Join primal PFs, show your worth to them, connect with one or two people who are basically going to save the run, see if you all can progress together as a group and expand from there.

I'm pretty sure you can get a T5 if you can get a few capable people that can carry the run and want a free 100 Sold *Hint hint!* then start progressing onto T9 from there.

Don't give up either. The worst thing you can do to yourself is give up if you want to progress. It may be hard to stay motivated, but do the best you can and keep trudging forward. It will probably take a month or two to get the right people on board to begin a real static or get recognition to join one. If you can get a T9 clear before 2.5 hits, that's put you in a position to join PuG PFs for Third Coil with the potential of securing a slot in an actual static as well.

Good luck with your endeavors. The path you wish to walk is a harsh one, but well worth it if you have the motivation.

And you do slander the raiders, Hana. You say that half of us are clear sellers/RMT and the other half lazy assholes who don't bother to help. You're such a troll. I find it hilarious that you only have bard leveled (yet you say you have experience with T7 tanking) and yet complain about every facet of the end game community.
Apparnetly, Ai Hana is an alt because s/he doesn't want to reveal their actual main. I can't find the post directly quoting that though, it's somewhere under the mess of posts, heh.
