This. Clear T5 asap, skip T6-8 honestly, and work on advancing your skills and connections to other raiders in T9. I was in an FC before I switched servers that would literally carry people's corpses through T5 just so that they can get into ScOB faster. It was pretty pitiful but it just goes to show you how much of a joke T5 can be with the right people.

So find these people, and study T9 as if it were calculus. Once you beat T9 finding a static should be really easy.
