    Q8: Currently, there are a lot of content for the hardcore users and the casual users, but not many for the mid-tier users. Are there any plans to implement additional content for the mid-tier users that are able to beat Crystal Tower, but not the Coil of Bahamut?

    A8: In the upcoming expansion, we will be introducing a new content for the mid-tier users which is currently referred to as “free company craft” (final name TBD). Additionally, we are planning to implement normal modes and hard modes for the raid dungeons. Please look forward to it!

    What about the 4-man Dungeons? We've been requesting optionally harder 4-man dungeons for a very long time now.

    Please SE, can you tell us if these are in the plans too?


    An optionally difficult version of the 24-mans would be welcome too so mid & large-sized FC's would have challenging content to complete together instead of always being divided for more difficult encounters... CT/ST are way too easy.

    I personally think difficult 4-mans is far more imperative due to their frequency-of-play, however.

    That's true, the lack of contents for the midcore players is kind of amazing to be honest. As a raider I would love to be able to touch at those sort of contents, I kind of enjoy playing with midcore players when I'm not raiding they are an interesting part of the playerbase that should deserve more attention, midcore players actually aim for endgame activities but at their own pace, they don't reject the best progression and plan to reach it when it's possible, they kind of touch at everything to say the least.

    I would say, something like extreme-mode dungeons while re-using the existing dungeons would be an interesting approach as a solution to this.

    (On a personal opinion, I feel a bit downgrade to midcore players to put the "Crystal Tower" exemple in the question to devs, midcore players are actually worthing more than "crystal tower" difficulty level, CT / ST are casual contents :x)

    I agree with the OP and I have said it thousand times already whenever I have the chance for it... Game needs MORE! 4-ppl dungeons and some of them really really challenging, like the super coil stuff but for four people, so you don't need to find 7 dudes and form an annoying static grouup.

    In b4 cries for nerfs if they do implement it XD

    I'd like to see tough 4 8 and 24 person guild leves with scaling rewards at max level too. One of the very few things missed from 1.0 was being able to select the difficulty of leves.

    Exactly. Problem with Pharos had so much more to do with a lack of comparable reward.

    It was meant to be in-line with the other two dungeons but far exceeded them which was inappropriate by design.

    If optional harder dungeons were kept separate in their own queue/roulette, that'd be different.
