To be fully honest, the instant gratification players are the reason why the game is so easy and boring right now, come on SE! We need more challenges in this game!

Bring back the no pain no gain old school way to go :P please, deliver us a forced-spawn NMs system like it was nicely working on FFXI.
By the way, no matter if you was casual, midcore or hardcore, the forced-spawn NMs system was working for any player wihtout any kind of segregations!
