Oh, Mercy Stroke. Yeah, it doesn't really matter if you stack STR or VIT, it's still a free OGCD damaging ability. If you're quick enough or your DPS leave a mob low, you can get the killing blow/healing from it but it's more efficient to just use it on CD. While the heal is great, it's unreliable. To be honest, in multi-pull dungeon situations you probably shouldn't be using Mercy Stroke anyway since it's an AOE heavy situation and finishing off 1 mob doesn't really save you, the DPS, or your healer any TP/MP and it's just going to die in the next AOE anyway along with everything else. MS should be mainly used on bosses or extremely small pulls (3-4 mobs).

So you're saying Warrior Maintank and PLD offtank is going to become normal, then?

I've been MT as WAR for many of the coil turns and pretty much every Primal encounter I've completed.... So sure, why not?

I have wanted Wrath to be generated while using Overpower for a while, but at a rate of like 1 wrath every 2 Overpowers, maybe even every other OP. Would be a nice change, give us a little more bite on aoe.
