Different wedding plans. ¿Items?

So, my boyfriend wants to pay for a gold wedding and I refuse to pay in the cash shop.

If he buys his fancy ring and I use the free one, even if we have to settle for the non-fancy wedding cutscenes will he get the mount, clothes and such? Or it will count as a free one and he'll get nothing.

I has read this page for my questions o;

It says if some1 has a platium ring and the partner the free standart version - the platium ring will count as "Free standart version" also the items, he would get. o_o;;

Hello, it will default to the lowest tier (i.e. Free) and your boyfriend will have paid $10 for nothing. This just happened to me this morning. Please make this more clear SE. Thanks! ;_;

SE does not indicate this anywhere in the website, so contact support and make them return either the item or the money.

As for me, we will settle for the free one then, as you can see in my signature i'm not a fan of the cash shop.

Yep never mentioned anywhere except here on this red text..... this is why I have been discussing and reading with my friend first. Not like you can schedule the ceremony until friday.

No they dont.

Arrangements for the ceremony does not mean reward items. It alludes to ceremony customization and applying for a time slot. In the special items and bonuses they state the following:

Players who select the platinum plan will receive both vestments of devotion and vestments of passion.

Please, explain to us where does it say that they wont recieve any of the items they paid for if they partner up with a free wedding player.

Even so, why would you offer a paid service if there exists the potential to receive absolutely nothing because such things aren't immediately clarified? I was under the assumption that paying for the platinum plan would ensure that I was mailed the proper items (attire, choco, etc), however all that is mailed out is a wristlet and no indication that these "arrangements" imply that the entirety of your purchase will be for naught if you choose to marry a lower plan.

Please, explain to us where it says they will receive the items paid for when one of the participating members went the cheap route?

It seems pretty clear that both parties need to have the same plan in order to receive all the benefits.
