If it means that we can get FULL SP from mobs that get hit from AOE i'm all for this system!

Open world NMs are on fast respawn timers if you lose claim it's up again shortly there after.

Instances doesn't necessarily mean "In it's own location" Guildleves have instanced mobs, maybe we'll have "NM hunt" type systems where the mobs are only attackable by the PT on that hunt and only then becomes visible to the public.

I'm looking forward to a new system

My thoughts exactly. As soon as people hear the word 'instanced' they automatically assume raids. But just like you said, leves have instanced NMs and mobs. And where in that quote does it say that the open world NMs will disappear? All I get out of the quote is that if you are walking by and you see a party struggling with an NM, you can jump in to lend a helping hand. Even if a party does try to pull hate away from the initiating party, there is nothing to be gained (as the initiating party gets the loot)

I say yes to the good samaritan and yes to shared loot for alliances
