    Oh I understand that. I would love that too. My guess is they just have had issue find a way to make it both balanced and fit into the structure of the game. After all, if titan is a tanking summon then you can't have too much of the actions of the summoner tied to him since summoner is supposed to be a DPS job and jobs aren't supposed to fit multiple rolls.
