So i'm a bit confused i just got my novus and started the whole Soulgazing stuff iv done some fates and st and it keeps telling me im getting light and what not but when i peak into it it shows nothing dose it take time? and is spamming EX runs and ST a good way to go? ty

It does take time, you need a total of 2,000 light. Each type of light is a different amount added to your total. Most common form of farming is to figure out what the Bright(4 points) window is and farming that for the duration.

Hmmm... so it's going to take me around a year or so to get my Nexus then (I sometime's do one dungeon a day... and not always on BLM-Novus).

hard mode primals with bonus spend 4 light (bright) and doing expert dungeons with bonus gives 12 (blinding)

Honestly I got it in 2 weeks, I didn't farm light everyday though. On the days I did i followed that website and just ran garuda as many times as i could. Obviously it wont be garuda all the time but when it is farm the crap outa her

You can grind it pretty quick, if you don't do much else. Just playing as normal (daily routine of Expert and Trial Roulettes, with a sprinkling of maps and daily Hunt FATEs - average of about 16 points per day, I'd say?), I've managed to get one weapon about 2/3 done. I started shortly after nexus release.
