    It could work if they have large scale PvP sieges in cities like Balastia. Add 24 man Casual and Mid Core Raiding and add skill trees to specialize in for jobs.

    That wouldn't really make it a sandbox.

    Really what you want is for them to add more large scale content and vertical progression (a far more reasonable request than your original one).
