Maybe when there is enough people to actually worry about it. For now Remaking linkshells is the best bet you have. We will probably see something when the battle changes are done, or when they introduce public companies *If we are still getting those*

Only disagreement I have with this is that there is a community here and there are people, you shouldn't wait until you have "enough" people, linkshell management shouldn't suffer due to low population, we couldn't control that, if anything by offering a good and welcoming/home-esque enviroment we can hope to bring players back to this game.. just my 2 -cents.
