almost a year later...linkshells still a mess. When will they get attention?

Dear SE,

It been nearly a year now, and a lot has changed. For the better mind you, but some things have remained the same. I started this game during the launch, By December time I found myself leading a linkshell. Back then I was really unsure which direction I wanted to take it. Not because I lacked leadership, but because there wasn't many options to me. Along the way my linkshell number have swollen to the point that I couldn't take on any new members. Only option to me? Re-roll the shell and chase everyone down to get them in the new shell to make room. I had to do this because there a very blatant lack of linkshell management abilities. I've had to do this now 6 times. We'll be coming up on our 7th here in just a week.

When I first read about Grand Companies I was under the impression these would replace linkshells. I was excited finally some system where I can actually have a rank structure, and the ability to kick people without them being ONLINE, and Next to me. I'm still excited about grand companies and the prospect they bring to the game. However, I'm very disappointed in the lack of attention linkshell have received.

1. Add more variety of colors to the Linkshell Crest.
2. Add a time stamp for when a person was last logged in.
3. Ability to show only online players.
4. Ability to kick people without them being online, or next to you.

All these are pretty responsible request when community is the main focal point for some players, and one of the main driving forces for this game. I would like to be able to manage that community I chose to surround myself with. SE, When will linkshell get attention that they need?
