Is leveling dead on every server?

I see no mention of levequests or guildhests in this. You do realize guildhest completion bonuses are for individual classes, right? (IE: If you do the first guildhest on rogue, you can still get completion bonus on conjurer.)

thats true but they are only useful once and give maybe about that same amount as a fate. there is not enough to get you to cap and again cant que for them with chocobo out.

You should take a look at the exp reward the challenge log gives for doing those a set amount of times.
