REMOVE WEEKLY FCOB LOCKOUT PRIOR TO EXPANSION!!!!!

As far as I've heard lockout is being eased in 4 days.

I guess if they ease up the rules for the Lockout, it will be handled similarly to the syrcus tower. you enter the dungeon, but you are not able to roll on the loot.
