    Error Code 401/601

    How has this error not been addressed yet?

    I don't mean to sound rude but it's incredibly frustrating right now as I was super excited to get out of writing my final exam and playing FF14 with some friends to now not being able to play at all. I can not register my credit card to renew my subscription, I contacted SE support and was told it's all automated and there's nothing they could do, it's probably an issue with my bank.

    I have phoned my bank and they tell me SE has never even attempted to charge my card.

    My room mate had this same issue, he has since quit trying because the error has lasted 2 months and support keeps claiming its the bank and the bank keeps telling us no ones trying to charge him. My other room mate has no trouble using my credit card on his account, so it's not my card or my connection.

    To make matters worse I went and purchased a digital time-card from the online store (and yes, i made SURE it was the digital card) and I didn't even get my code emailed to me.

    Time-card issue has been solved. and it worked so I can play again, hopefully error 601 will resolve soon.
