Repeated 90k error

Yo Raist, would you have any tips for getting the info I need when contacting tier3 when I'm running the game off my PS4? I'm not sure how I'd be able to run a trace since I'm not running it off the PC. Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Some info:

Cisco Linksys router
Cable Modem
75 MB up, 15 down (give or take)
Ping: 43ms, 19ms jitter, 0% packet loss (ping test)

and my ISP is Comporium Communication

And when I specifically ping the NA datacenter I get:

And this was the result from the trace I did. (Once again playing on PS4 so I'm not sure if it makes a difference.) Note: I did this trace while I was just standing around with no lag.

And i did this one as I was locking up and subsequently got a 90k. I was in the middle of a lvl A hunt when this happened. Also began to try and log back in at around hop 16 and was getting hit with error 2002s.
