hmm.. interesting... You tested against the same IP my client uses for Midgard. Did you pull that IP from ARR Status, or did you look up the IP your client is actually using when in game? It's actually an important distinction to make because I have confirmed I connect to Midgard on the .30 IP, and my game play is fine unless I have issues with TWC's nodes or their routing partners. The Ormuco/SE IP's consistently respond well unless I capture congestion along my route.

Otherwise, you are having stability issues coming through your ISP's routing partner here in North America.
