Are you talking about in the boss fights? If so do you know the fight does the party know the fight and when to eat fruit?
AV is the most difficult dungeon you will ever do.
General: Figure out how much your Cure heals for and try to use it only when your target's health drops close to that point. Spamming Cure on the tank when he's missing 50 hp is a waste of MP. Use Shroud of Saints for MP whenever you drop to around 70% MP. Make sure your gear is up-to-date, particularly your weapon.
Trash: They hit hard so the tank shouldn't be pulling a bunch of them at a time. Keep regen up on the tank and use Divine Seal to buff your Cures if you need to. Throw in a Holy or two to stun the mobs if you can.
First boss: Have everyone eat fruits at 2 debuff stacks. Just keep regen up on everyone and you only have to focus on the tank.
Second boss: Simply stay at max range and keep regen up on the tank. Tank should be the only one taking damage in this fight. If the boss turns around and faces you, you need to sidestep immediately. Just Esuna + Cure anyone who gets hit by Glower or Eye.
Last boss: Everyone eats fruits at 3 stacks, no more and no less. Resist the urge to use Medica after every AoE, as you have time to let regen heal DPS and yourself up. Cure any leftover damage if necessary. You can, however, use Medica for the third AoE as that one hits the hardest. Divine Seal if needed. When the boss plants seeds, switch into Cleric Stance and use Holy once or twice, then turn it back off. Repeat until clear.
Note: You don't have to do exactly what I posted above but it's more of a general idea. Healing is an art so there is no set formula for how you should go about doing your job. Follow the advice for the first boss though. I cringe whenever I see a WHM try to spam Cures on everyone instead of regen.

i restarted this game and i forgot most of the stuff i originally started in march but had money issues no job so couldn't play until recently so most people thought i bought my account but i try telling them the truth
don't forget, you can also sleep many of the enemies in that dungeon.
yuseistar can you be more specific? "What should I do?" is a very broad question and I'd rather not write an entire healing guide.
Which is a polite way of saying it isn't quite as insultingly easy as the rest of them. I've literally healed several of the lower level dungeons with my feet while eating dinner.

divine seal and regen is your friend. After a certain amount of stacks of the debuff you need to eat some of the fruit. I can't remember exactly but i think the first boss has more fruit so after a couple stacks you can eat a fruit. The last boss you can survive about 4 stacks with regen on and 5-6 for the Tank. Your regen should literally out heal the debuff for up to 3-4 stacks. Only try to eat fruit in one area because it grows back slower so everyone should have an area of fruit. You can use Cleric stance and Holy when the boss makes pods it will completely rek them before they hatch and summon adds.
Second boss is nothing when he takes a moment to consider get really close to him or really far away or you take damage and a debuff. It's really not a difficult dungeon especially for a White Mage since your regen is so powerful and you have one of the best AoE's in the game. When it comes to healing just remember what Magneto said "You are a god among insects. Never let anyone tell you different"

Pray they put better targeting options in for healers. Till then, practice, practice, practice.
Targeting is fine. The PC version works the same as all MMORPGs. The d-pad in the PS4 version takes a fraction of a second longer to target people, but I've never had that cause a death. Exactly what problem are you having with targeting? Maybe I can help.
Since you asked:
