I did some looking around before posting in this topic in regards to this and from everything I could find online Sony reps would say to contact SE.
An example of someone who contacted sony about this issue and them stating they dont have access to SE accounts can be found here.

The page I linked in my previous post leads to a form and is about an improperly linked SEID to the wrong Sony Network account
As far as I am aware SE would need to unlink the accounts on their end before anything could be done about this and it would be best to contact their support.

Sadly yes Sony is not very good about helping but maybe SE can give you a new code if you tell them what happ but don't del your other psn if you do that it will block everything for the said account just for now like Yurimi says try asking SE
