Looking For white mage To replace static member for t9 progression.

We are recruiting a white mage. We just started turn 9 this week. Here is a list of qualities that i expect from any member of my raid team or even someone that comes as a replacement.


1. Know your job: Self explanatory

2. If you decide you are going to help and are more advanced Then do not talk about what further turns are like. I'm proud of you for getting as far as you did, but we are here to do a job, not listen to how hard it will be when we eventually get there. My group has no interest in turn 10 until we beat turn 9. This applies to anyone who joins us.

3. Be ready to work: We all bust our ass in our own way. We don't always follow conventional Ways of doing coil fights. We try new strategies that we develop ourselves based on current gear/skill levels and what works for us. We are not interested in how you beat it once with this group that pulled it to some corner or how some other group ran around and kited some shit while everyone else derped in the corner.

4. We train first timers: We do not rush anything. If you are looking to be the fastest/ Get a worlds first for anything Find another group.

5.You are not doing us a favor by joining us: On the contrary, If you are selected to join Team Butt Touch then you will be joining an established family. We will all work hard to advance you to the point that you are ready to take on anything. I expect my Raiders to Work on their raid Jobs themselves Because i DO NOT CARRY! But if there is any way that any of us can help with anything we always do.

6. We do NOT CARRY!: If you are looking for a win without putting in work go buy a run.

7. If you apply you must mesh well with the group: If you Don't like us, thats fine. If we don't like you, thats fine as well. We are all adults, don't feel like you have to come up with an excuse to leave. Just pull me aside and say it isn't working out and its fine.

8. You are expected at every run unless you speak to me or Xha'ir: Shit happens, I get it. But in this wonderful world of technology there are a myriad of ways to get in touch with me. I use KiK, Friends list messages, moogle mail(same thing), and also other people to keep in contact with anyone who needs me. There is no reason that you should no show no call.

9. We are the only Casual raid group in the fc: We run early, Only 2 hours, Twice a week. This fits our schedules. We all have lives outside of here. Understand that our hours are 6pm est-8:30est Tuesdays and Thursdays. We stretch it from time to time when work or life permits, But those are the required hours. You get a 5-10 minute lee way if you are late before i pug your spot if i have not heard from you.

10. Things not welcome: Attitudes are not welcome, Know it alls are not welcome, Dicks in general are not welcome, Anyone who puts themselves before the raid group is not welcome, Gear whores are not welcome, People who overshare are not welcome.

The only thing i really ask is for you to be willing to work for your spot, and for this team. Not only for yourself. Joining the FC is a requirement. Speak to myself (Allerum Mourningstar), Gannicus Wrath, Xha'ir Moui, Or shindo storms if interested. Can also apply on our official site.
