If 5 percent of players can get an item due to low pop/drop rates the system is lazy.
If 5 percent of players can get an item due to high skill requirements the system is rewarding.

He isn't crying. He is trying to explain to you that lazy systems are lazy. Even people that excel at lazy systems can admit improvement is needed.

If "everyone" that has participated in the content is done with said content in a week then tuning is required. The Rank 50 dungeon was SE's first attempt in FFXIV at skillful content, more experience is needed. What is not needed is going back to a boring "HAHA! we tagged this EZ tank and spank NM so we get loot" system that some people seem to love so much.
