[ASK] moving FC house, furniture bind, private chamber

recently my FC have decided to move to a large house (mist), we currently have a medium house (lavender beds), i have a few question about this housing stuff

1. can we have 2 house under the same FC ?
2. is there any information regarding furniture bind? or we going to lose em once we relinquish the current land? one my Fc member said that the bind system will be changed at 2.45, is it true?
3. does the private chamber also got destroyed when we relinqush the land? or it will be there once we buy new house ?

currently we have around 50-ish chamber, i can't just ask them to destroy chamber (and furniture inside) T^T

Sadly, that's the only option. They can remove some furniture inside a private chamber before hand, but as you know some items are destroyed when removed.

As for the chambers themselves, they are destroyed when the house is relinquished. Nothing that can be done.
