Steps:
1. Unable to leave FC, being kidnapped to stay in the company
2.Have a private room, with I am unable to access.
3. have furnishings in the private room I cannot access, so I cannot demolish it
4. FC leader refuses to remove me from free company, will not log in as he is trying to sell his character in real life.
5. contacted GMs, said it was a bug and refused to help me further than to say post as a bug.
6. being kidnapped by my FC, held against my will, is against your ToS as it is a more extreme form of harassment, think real life, its against the law more so than using vulgar language and making comments against groups of people.

Given as though I see that you are relatively new (job level wise etc). Have you followed all the proper steps to attempt to leave the FC? aka going to Free Company via Start > Free Company and then selected (I think it's the members portion of the screen that gives the option to leave?). If I'm not mistaken, when you leave the FC it will auto demolish your room and all your items will go to the Caretaker NPC in the residential area same with your chocobo (if he/she is stabled when you leave).

You can also try to type in on a search engine regarding your issue and you may find someone may have had a similar issue, but it could have been user error in not taking the appropriate steps to actually quit the FC.

yes, I have done this, it doesn't auto demo the room

You went in Housing options to attempt to demo your room?

yes, not allowed to because it has furniture in the room, must retrieve the furnishings before im allowed to demo the room. cannot get them because I cannot access the private room.
