All the bows show 0 for parry, but I am still able to parry on Archer using Foresight.
Are Archers suppose to parry or is this a bug?

Steps:
Although this has always happened in every situation, during this specific time I was doing the faction leve quest "Pulling Fangs" and using Archer.
Just like any other melee class(GLA, PUG, MRD, LNC) on Archer I am able to use Foresight and parry an enemy's close range attack even though all Archer weapons have a zero(0) for parry skill.
Shouldn't this 0 indicate that Archer is not able to parry?
It may be that this is not a bug at all and Foresight is working as intended and forces the Archer class who is not able to parry to do so anyway.
However, from launch there was a bug, which was later corrected, where Archer was able to perform a cone area of effect damage with Skull Sunder if they were to stand still long enough to gain the Steadfast effect.
Is Archer being able to parry with a 0 parry skill similar to the Steadfast bug using Skull Sunder?
If a Gladiator's sword can only work at close range by design, would it not be a bug if they can equip the Archer's skill Puncture and then be able to use it from long range?
