    PvP ranking system with rewards

    I propose a pvp kill ranking system leader boards on the loadstone with a ranking system in kills and extra stat points handed out for PvP per new rank up. Along with a symbol next to your name changing every time you rank up

    50 kills=1stat point
    200=2
    500=3
    2000=4
    5000=5
    10000=6
    20000=7
    30000=8
    40000=9
    50000=10

    Equaling a total of 55 possible extra stat points gained for PvP and don't forget new symbols next to your name also.

    I propose a similar and complimentary system that awards the same number of stat points for people who do not participate in PvP for not participating in PvP.

    For each rank in the proposed system, a number of days of not participating in PvP is required to gain a rank. (IE: You gain the first rank when you don't participate in PvP for one day. You gain the second rank after not participating for two more days). Each rank comes with cool glamor gear, mounts, and pets that are deleted from your account if you ever participate in PvP, as well as the stat points. Oh, also all of our Queue's become instant and gilspammers are unable to talk to us.

    TL;DR: PvP doesn't deserve special stuff.

    Eh, to be fair, I'm sure he means stat points for use in PVP, not stat points that would work outside of PVP.

    I suppose healers will feel disadvantaged by something that rewards kills. Also, who would get the "kill"? The person who deals the last damage on a player, or the person who dealt the most damage to them before they died? If it's about the last hit, kill stealing would become a rather annoying thing.

    If it's a "participation" thing, as in, rewarding anyone who was involved in a kill being made, that would make sure healers don't feel left out and it'd also get rid of any kill stealing complaints.

    What if you meant "Handed out for participating in PvP, but I don't wanna be clear on where the use of said stat points will be allowed.", don't get mad at me 'cause you can't be completely clear on what you meant for my ignoramus-self.

    I'm not sayin' that we shouldn't have PvP rewards, but maybe stat points are stupid.

    As long as you or your group kills it and you are within range, you would get credit along with your group members. If you are on the other side of the map fighting 1 on 1 with none of your party members in range, only you would get credit.

    What if I'm someone from group B who's helping group C at their outpost, and an enemy player dies after taking damage from both myself and members of group C? Rather than making it purely group based, I'd award anyone who dealt any damage to the opponent or healed/buffed anyone who dealt damage to said opponent in the last, say, 20 seconds. That would also ensure that AFKers don't get rewards.
