Final Coil loot system needs fixing.

This pseudo-rant is preemptive, but I think that the loot system should never give an item for a job nobody in the party is using at that moment. Bad experience with Second Coil loot is seemingly being carried over to my Final Coil luck, but as I said, this is a little preemptive. Next week I might get a ton of items, but still.

This has been brought up constantly patch after patch. Yet SE seems reluctant to make any changes whatsover to the current system knowing that is not a very good one. When pour in ton of hours into clearing content and its just to see another item nobody wants to use in the group its discouraging.

It wouldve been a lot better if the loot pool was tied to your group makeup so at least you wouldnt get those useless items sure people wouldve geared up quicker but at least by the time 6 month cycle is over ud have at least one job fully decked out and probably an offspec one too. This at least would validate the multi-class system and open a way to make groups more flexible.

My personal experience with the system been pretty bad there have been items that weve never seen drop once in a total of 9 months worth of clears between 2 groups. Same with 2nd coil i had to wait until week before FCOB to get my last two items unforunately cant say the same about some other people within the group as they didnt get to see their until lockouts were lifted.

Additional 6 items for Ninjas make it even worse to get the gear you need and slightly diminish your chances and i cant think of what happens if it remains the same way once few new Jobs will be added to the game. This system certainly needs changing if RNG doesnt like you well youre screwed.

Caster chest never dropped for us either. lol. Guess how much DRG gear we got from T8 though?

inb4 T11 DRG chest drops 8 times for my static.
