    AT first i thought you pointed out something we obviously missed (and you did), but it still didn't work out. My bank (Skylight) issued to employees where I work only allows fund transfers to other Skylight cards or NetSpend users. Though I guess I could set up something with an actual bank and not my work visa.

    How about a prepaid Amex or something, bought from a store with your debit card?
