Quick question I cannot find a definitive answer to, can I transfer and FC house to a member for their personal use as we are upgrading our house? Also can a private house be transferred to an FC? If not, what is the best way to handle these types of transactions?

No, you can't.

Situation1: FC<->Personal / Personal<->Personal
1. old and new owners both standing on the plot
2. old owner remove the house and forfeit the land
3. new owner buy the land immediately, note that the price would be resetted to the initial price.
Situation2: FC<->FC
Same as situation 1 or transfer the ownership of entire FC

In other words, house transfer is not available at the moment ^^;

I hope one day we can do this.

I am sitting on a Medium house from my old LS that have all LONG left the game.
The leader of that LS (me) is a level 1 alt who is there just to keep they house alive incase this does happen.

I would like to transfer ownership to my personal use instead of a LS use. So I can stay in my current LS and have the house I once paid for ....used.
