Mount roulette no longer works if your chocobo is stabled

Area and coordinates: N/A
Steps:
1. Stable your chocobo in your FC stable.
2. Execute the "Mount Roulette" action
3. You will see the message "Unable to summon your chocobo while he is stabled".

Note that this message did not occur prior to patch 2.5. Previously, you would simply get one of your other mounts.
