You don't buy a weapon to have the best weapon, you do Coil.alot of people are already angry about the cash shop with what they got in there now..i figure if people are already angry...might as well just go all the way since they are gonna be angry either way it goes...you cant please everyone..and sometimes the better buisness decision is what matters...do you know how many people would willingly BUY passes for the relic? the grind is so unbearable that the casuals with money would gladly pay to bypass it just to have the best weapons for show. myself included
If you don't want to do the relict quest, don't do it. There are already other weapons at the same ilevels.
Only way SE would sell relict weapon would be as a ilevel 1 version with no stats on it.

Oh right, because what they are selling us now isn't because they are greedy, it's because they just love us so much they want us to pay extra for ingame items/events.

ROFL, Oh what fun!
Another cash shop thread, I bought a Sleipnir! You better believe it.

I bought Y'shtola how could I resist and honestly poetics, end game raid gear, relics, gil, whatever... if SE wants to put it in the cash shop whatever, why gate one groups content and not anothers. If little Jimmy wants to spend $200 on a full i130 set why should I care. This game is about having fun and unless your fun is about saying how much more awesome you are because you have something someone else doesnt (in which case I dont care about you anyway) then it should not matter. One persons vanity is another persons i130. its just raid gear after all.
Can I purchase a way to make all the lalafells disappear?
Or at least the ability to turn them all into Skogs Fru on my screen?
Actually yes, it's paying for the EU Datacentre's initial subsidiary costs of a few hundred thousand euros.
Any half-wit with a brain would know that.
BUT. BUT. BUT. I'M A COLLECTOR, THEREFORE IT MUST BE PAY TO WIN!

But.. but.. it's center...Currently ARR now has a Chinese, European and Korean Datacentre in the works. The Chinese Datacentre has already been established and launched.
This costs a metric ton of money, in initial costs. To consider an EU and Korean Datacentre, extra revenue and finances will clearly be sought after to cover the short fall.
Out of interest, was SE actually going to setup and run the Chinese division of ARR? I always imagined they would hire a company to sort of 'port' the game, with all that red tape. Red tape.. get it? lol Anyway, just curious if they were actually going to go in as their own representative or not. Also I want the (獅) Foo Dog Behemoth skin XD.

I really don't know that much, all I know is that the game was launched in China (assumably) with a Chinese Datacentre, as per Chinese regulation.But.. but.. it's center...

What's possible is that a publisher in china is covering it.
If you haven't realised already that this is a troll-thread and that the topic was intended to bait people into arguing, then GG.
