what I really want is a glamour item that lets your glow appear even if you have your Relic or other glow enabled weapon glamoured as a different non-glowy weapon.

I.E. if I have glamoured a Star Seeker on top of a Glowing Relic Bow, I would want the Star Seeker appearance to glow as if it were the Relic Bow, despite still having the Star Seeker appearance for all other purposes.
