When Am I getting Promoted

I have kill a lot of creature and gods and monsters and etc, etc, etc. When is the next promotion for Grand Company coming down the pike, I have been in my GC for a year, I have all 3 retainers at 50, thinking about adding another, and I hear FC bots are coming. I really just like to know, when can i apply for promotion?

GC ranks are tied to levels, so you can expect the next rank to be available once you can level pass 50 (in 3.0).

GC rank isn't tied to level. They already posted a picture of the next rank in the last patch notes (2.4) but redacted the picture. I'm assuming it will be released before 2.5. Could be as soon as the December 9th update.

There will probably be a new rank to hunting log as well, like with previous promotions. So I'm thinking that would happen when there's new stuff to kill somewhere? Or... they might just tie it to monsters that only spawn in certain FATEs, because that's an easier way out and the community might hate it overall, but obviously enough are willing to put up with it.
