I had a bad experience in game with another player. GM Sleidche was kind, courteous and reassuring. Thanks go out to SE for having GMs that are awesome! I felt like I was truly heard and that my message really would be passed up the chain. It's so rare that I leave a complaint situation feeling so satisfied that I was heard.
