i mean, who would be enough of an asshole to lock out their whole FC from their private rooms, right?

The question becomes, though: why did they add the restriction in the first place? As I said, blocking people from altering or using amenities makes sense, but this is the first i've seen where an FC house/guild hall type system can actually block its own members from even accessing it. It just strikes me as a pointless restriction.
