    Just checked ingame and you can indeed vacate your room by standing on the plot.

    From menu, Housing -> Estate Settings -> Private Chambers -> Vacate Chambers.

    I was wondering this also, but it could be that with the FC leader locking everyone out of the house, there are no options in the Housing menu (all greyed out)?

    Either way, this is really messed up, I hope you get help with it soon.
