Bug In Book For Relic Weapon

Ok first time doing this so sorry if I did this wrong ahead of time. I do not know if any one else is having this problem.
I did couple of fates for my book where the mob was over 50% hp and I did not get the credit for it.
Also another Free Company friend did some dungeons and Also did not receive the credit for it. She did one twice and did not get the credit. Please help!!!!!

I finished my Atma books the other day and never had this problem.
Dungeon bosses all registered fine.

On fates you will have to get gold to make them count.

Did you fight with your relic weapon?
Were you alive when the boss (fate or dungeon) died?

You need to be alive when the boss dies (if you die in dungeon, hit the "return to start point" button fast and hope they'll do it without you and AFTER you raised)

You also need gold for FATEs, the FATE must be completed (a fail is a fail)

And of course you need the atma relic equipped.

Yes I did have on my relic weapon, also I was alive at the end. Thanks for the info on the dungeon did not know you had to be alive to get the credit. Thanks everybody.
