I've tanks being able to mark up to 3 targets quickly (like in less than 1 sec). Is there any special trick or macro to do that?

You can specify attack1, attack2 ... attack5, but if you just leave it as "attack" it'll use the next available number.

and /tenemy will automatically target the next enemy?
Yep. Assuming they've visible, etc. /tenemy does what tab does.

Would be nice if markings showed up in the enemy list too ... :x
I've often thought about that. I've seen people doing it, but is it really needed to mark more than one? I usually just mark the first target, so the group knows where I'm going. After its dead I usually just rotate thru the mob keeping the hate going on all monsters. No one has said anything yet about that.
I mark 1 as I run up to pull, then 2 sometime in the battle. I use macros that specify attack1 and attack2. I have them set to my crossbar 2, which I switch to with my L2+R2 triggers.
