Specifically, “Heavy Thrust” buff will no longer need positional to be applied, recast timers and animation locks will be reduced further. These changes are coming in 2.45.

I doubt they would release the changes for DRG ahead of time because people aren't freaking out and thinking that the DRG buffs will ruin their class, like people were with ninja.

MDef is getting boosted, that's a MAJOR buff on it's own. Would be great if they brought it to par with PDef

There's no reason Dragoon Magic defense should be so low in the first place when almost all damage in Coils is magic, they are only being brought up to par with other classes. I wouldn't call is a MAJOR buff but a necessary change.
