So far i hq'd 9x 4 star items for friends and fc mates and i might have been luck or w.e but i just started it off like my old 3 star rotation.

CZ > IQ > pbp > RS > RS > CS

Don't even need ING2 until you want to finish the synth.

Don't use ingenuity 2 at all on 4 stars.

I know what you're saying but i just prefer to not have 4 80% steps when i can have 4 with less risk of failure or need to reclaim.

I'm assuming you are using 2x PbP, INGII, and 4xCSII. If you don't want to use RS, you can use 3x PbP and 3x CSII.

That extra <200 boost to BB isn't enough to justify the extra 17 CP.
