Chances are very high to HQ using all NQ mats, and you have ample time to reclaim if you fail too many 80% actions or do not get enough Tricks.
Using Master's Mend II twice and no other Durability gainers, you can squeeze 16 80% actions. If 0-2 fail, but you get enough Tricks (5, but 6 lets you use Innovation), you will still hit 100% even with a normal for your BB. If 3 fail, you will hit about 95% if you started from 0 quality (~600 initial quality = 100%), and if 4 fail, you will hit about 80% (~1,100 initial quality = 100%). You can have SIX of the 16 fail and still hit 100% if you started with all HQ items.
Of course, unless you want to bank on an extra Trick (average for a 40 step rotation is 7 tricks, but that's only the average), and you have my offhand melds (4 control, 15 craftsmanship, 3 CP), you will need one Artisan body piece for the rotation's CP requirements, and you may have to do some HTs under SH1 instead of SH2 to squeeze out a few extra CP anyway, but ignoring all that, you should be fine.
But the basics of the rotation that I'm now using are: Rapid Synthesis x4, Hasty Touch x12 (minus however many Rapids fail), Comfort Zone x3, Master's Mend x2, and Tricks of the Trade x4-6 (if x6, use Innovation to pad the Byregot's Blessing).
