Ready Check in CT

Ready checks are pointless and annoying in most dungeons.

If all players are in the room, it's go time unless someone mentions they need to AFK cause their cat's on fire etc
I don't even stoneskin whole party for T9 at the beginning anymore, maybe just for FCoB.

Except people go afk without saying anything, which I see in 4-mans all the time. It takes like 10 seconds for a ready check to make sure the vast majority of a 24 person group is there, and if a total of less than an extra minute of time is a serious concern to your runs, you need serious help.
