SE, Please put more exclusive items on the Cash Shop!

The fact of the matter is the CASH SHOP does need more items. I'd love to be able to buy neat glamour items there. Sure beats having to grind day after day to earn mats for some things that shouldn't be that hard to get (ie Coeurl Bikini). Go for it SE. I have a job and I can afford it. I'm not afraid to spend a bit extra to support SE's Shareholders.

Fixed that for you. The game and company are doing just fine (55 million in profit last year after all expenses/taxes/dividens). And given that FFXIV is the company's biggest game at the moment, I am sure it has contributed more in profit than that figure to the overall company number (i.e. - a few of SE's other games/projects lost some money last year). They could have spent that if they wanted/needed more development for this game. The shareholder's will thank you for the larger dividend check though.

Really, I get the people who support the cash shop, I get the people against it. I understand both sides of the argument. But can we please stop saying using the cash shop "supports this game" when all it does is prop up their net income and net profit line on an income statement? It's honestly just as bad as the pay-to-win comment people on the shop support side complain about.

This game can pay-to-win?this game hasnt endgame with real competition vs other players...only gear and glamour items.

The game of glamours is the true endgame, staying ahead of the latest trends and changing before people catch up to you is Dorf Fort on steroids in terms of difficulty.

Why pay for T9 and T13 clears to the elite advertising in party finder when you can buy them in the CASH SHOP. Hey that's a great idea. Go for it SE.

Also, please increase the sub fee to $25/month, plus an additional $10/month for a Premium Account with more privileges. Maybe a vocal minority of whiners on the forums will leave, but it keeps out the riff-raff and ensures a better community of only true FF fans. Besides, if you can't afford $35/month plus cash shop items, then you have no business playing an MMORPG in the first place and are just poor. Get your life in order, get a second job, and then think about having fun!

But NO PAY-TO-WIN!!!!!!! Cash shop is only for minions, mounts, gear, additional character slots, fantasia potions, additional retainers, superior eternal bond experience, hair styles, Triple Triad cards, Gold Saucer tokens, XP boosts to max level, weapons, housing furniture, forum privileges, exclusive titles, and anything else people enjoy.

You know the patch notes they bring out with each patch? That super long list of everything they've added? They could just put a ruler line every page or so.

You want everything up to Line A? That's $30. But everything up to Band C is only another $20. Bargain!.
