just bought a digital copy and im confused

so I just bought a digital copy from the enix shop and im a bit confused to how to do the following after the purchase or what's going on atm.

1. I have not received a registration code to add into my account

2. no link to the PC download in sight (or I cannot find it for the life of me), no email from enix at all about the purchase or the registration code, and cannot track for registration code on the website the lodestone provided.

3. I check on the Enix store and it says to download the game use the registration code to update my ps3 account into a windows/ps3 account but they don't provide the download link to the game at all... and I cant find my registration code!! TT_TT

Searching "final fantasy 14 client" in google will take you to the download link. Your code will be in your email, should it not be blocked. If you are using gmail then it may be getting dumped into the void. I had to create my enix account using my live.com email because no matter what, any attempt to send the verification email to my gmail account yielded nothing. It didnt make it to any folder, including the spam folder. It never arrived. This was like 10 emails too.

You should beable to see your game code if you look at your order history online.

well I looked up at order history and there is nothing there.
I ended up calling the support desk and they told me the email should be getting there from 1 to 24 hours...
which is kind of inconvenient to be honest TT__TT
I managed to get my order number if its worth anything but I might end up buying it from steam if it I get nothing after the 24 hours, and request a refund from the enix shop... I guess I wont be gathering tonight either.

If you are downloading it for the PC, you can go to the Help and Support section and search the FAQ for "download client" to get a link for your region.

If you need it for the console, you have to do that through the PSN store.

For the code... there may be a code somewhere in your receipt/confirmation notice for the purchase itself, or you may be able to retrieve it from the order history at the digital river website. They manage all that crud, not SE. Never used them, so no details on dealing with them. I just know that when I got things through places like Amazon and Gamestop, if it wasn't printed in my confirmation/receipt at the time of purchase I was able to go back to their site, log in, and retrieve it through the history and/or download sections.

daz, unfortunately I ordered it over steam so the code is plastered every where. Still with my experience from other digital purchases, you should be able to find the code some where in your order history. If not, customer service should be able to give it to you. The 24 hour thing is BS. If an email has not reached you in 10 minutes, it won't reach you at all.

... I'm not getting anything either. I've tried looking through digital river but it says that they can't my order... but when i go to SE and look at my order details using the same order ID, it clearly shows that i bought the game...

I bought digital copy from SE too and it worked for me.
1- One of the post mentioned above said gmail doesn't work - It works for me. I use gmail to setup SE account and was getting email almost instantly ( Registration/activation emails).
2- I placed my order of copy @ 8:30am PST and got the email from SE with the registration code @ 11:30am PST. It took them about 3 hrs to process.

I think it is more on your email setup, that is why u were not getting them.
I hope u got it now and u are playing already
