LF1M: Need Skilled WHM for Raid Static (FCoB T10+ and Beyond)!

Our static is currently in need of a skilled WHM interested in a permanent spot with us to progress through Final Coil and onward. Talented, quick-to-learn, open-minded and looking for a progressive yet fun and drama-free raid environment? Are you trying to find a stable group for Final Coil and beyond? About Our Group:

We are on Cerberus (EU), are English-speaking, and are comprised of a mix of NA/EU players (mainly US/UK). Group composition is currently PLD|WAR|SMN|DRG|BRD|BRD/NIN|SCH. Our biggest setback concerning progression with FCoB has been a lack of a consistent roster rather than a lack of skill. The person that left was due only to real life commitments and not from issues/conflict with our group.

Our previous SCoB set-up (which was on farm prior to the 2.41 Patch nerfs) consisted of 2/3 BRDs, 1 DRG, 1 SMN, 1/2 PLD (depending on the Turn), and we put out well above-average DPS for all turns and burn phases. Most members have been raiding together for close to a year, with the newer members having partied consistently for just as long. The members of the group are all active almost daily with plenty of things to accomplish/farm, whether it be Poetics capping, pony farming, SCoB farming, BCoB farming for Allagan mats, Relic upgrades, etc.. Each player capably multi-classes farm content, and we all have intentions of playing well into 3.0's Heavensfall expansion.

Raid Times:

• Thurs. @ 8:00PM - 12:00AM UTC [3:00PM - 7:00PM EST]
• Sat. @ 7:00PM - at least 12:00AM UTC [2:00PM - 7:00PM EST]
• Sun. @ 7:00PM - 11:00PM UTC [2:00PM - 6:00PM EST]

Due to folks working/attending school, we do try to raid longer on Saturdays until we're tired (within reason, of course).

Our group is currently on the final phase of T10.
Unfortunately, we simply haven't had luck with having to have inconsistent and rotating healers every single attempt. We're all skilled, attentive, and eager to move forward, however. Yourself?
