Game Suggestion - Retainer Names

Alright, not to be a prude, but the retainer names really need to be monitored. I’m on the Besaid server and when I was wandering around the Ul’dah market ward I was a little appalled at how many retainers had ‘sex’ someone in their name. I feel it is inappropriate in all cases and low class for FF and SE. I wasn’t sure if this fell into the ‘report this’ category or if there anything at all that can be done.

As this game is rated teen I would hope people would be able to ignore and play through things like that.

Yea seriously... this is an ONLINE game where MANY, DIFFERENT people play. If you can't handle something like that then move to another server and hope that everyone acts like it's all sunshine and rainbows and the allusion of sex or anything related to that is never mentioned XD

Inappropriate words are a big NO anywhere you go, "Restraint" is the word, just because its a game doesn't matter, and if its Teen that is in fact reason enough, the game is not Mature rated. Irishfae might I say I'm glad you spotted that and keep reporting, I'm sure something will be done soon enough by Devs.

also maybe just a little change your topic [Game Suggestion - Retainer Names] kinda doesn't match the concern/problem you saw in Besaid Ul'dah Market Wards.

You know that big wall of text that you get when you first load the game that you have to scroll all the way to the end before you can hit accept and move on. Thats the EULA and in it states that offensive names will not be permitted. So the OP is correct in asking you all to be a bit more adult when you select not only your toon name but the names for your retainers. And should you choose not to don't be surprised when you get that nice little GM Message telling you to change your name or be prepared to be banned.
