Forum character list shows character data from previous server?

Any way to force the forum to update my character info? It's showing my info from my previous server Mamasume, even though I transfered to Sagatanas ages ago.

On and off recently returned casual player here btw, hello all.

well I have a few sad facts to mention.

first off name change doesn't prevent old server stalkers. I started Moogle server moved Odin for 3 days mistake based on worse ping then moved Tonberry and now Masamune.

example just google ffxiv+ my chars original name : Amber Lionheart

will show up loadstone page for my char who I changed last name with the intent to avoid stalkers.... But doesn't work... Best bet is to drop all pricks past and move on.
